SHIPPING & PROCESSING
All in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours or the next business day (Mon–Fri 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM).
However, due to the recent Covid-19 situation, there are shipping delays of depending on where you are located. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. thank you for your patience and we value each & every one of our valuable customers because here at ME BOUTIQUE we aren't just a business another business, we're a family!
Domestic Orders will be shipped via USPS
- Priority Mail (1-3 business days)
- Priority Mail Express (1-2 Business days) excluding holidays.
International Orders will be shipped via DHL
- DHL Express ( 2-6 Business days) excluding holidays.
- We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
Pre Orders
- If you place an order that contains a Pre-order item please note your full order will not leave until Pre-order items arrive. If you would like in stock items first separate orders must be made
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.My tracking says "No information available at the moment"
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please email us at info@meboutique.net
Lost or Stolen Packages
- ME BOUTIQUE is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
- Once packages leave our office it is responsibility of shipping carriers (USPS & DHL)
- Packages may be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it.
- We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by USPS or DHL.
If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please call your shipping carrier directly.
